What Mission Prep is
Mission Prep is practice software. You hold roleplay conversations with clearly-labeled AI characters, receive automated feedback on communication skills, and use related study tools. The AI characters are fictional. Feedback is automated and imperfect. Mission Prep is not spiritual guidance, doctrinal instruction, or a substitute for preparation with your teachers and leaders.
Independence
Mission Prep is an independent product of CB Smith Digital. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. References to the Church describe compatibility of subject matter only.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Mission Prep. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian email is required at signup, and that parent may view your progress summaries (scores, streaks, practice time) but never your conversations. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Use Mission Prep for its purpose: practicing respectful conversations. Do not attempt to make the AI characters produce disrespectful, hateful, or explicit content; do not probe, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service; do not impersonate others or create accounts with emails you do not control. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its free tier.
Practice recordings
Practice conversations are processed by our AI vendors to run the roleplay and produce your feedback. We store transcripts and scores in your account so you can review your progress. See the Privacy Policy for details and deletion.
Billing
During early access, some features are free while billing is being completed. When paid plans launch: subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; purchased practice minutes do not expire; gift codes are redeemable for five years from purchase. Specific prices are shown at checkout.
The service can change
Mission Prep is new and improving. Features may change, and we may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Warranties and liability
Mission Prep is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
