Privacy Policy
Early access version, August 2026.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, birthdate, mission, and for minors a parent email). Practice data the product creates: conversation transcripts, skill scores, coaching feedback, drill results, and usage like session length and practice minutes. Payment details are handled by our payment processor when billing launches; we never store card numbers.
Practice conversations
Your voice is processed in real time by our AI vendors to run the conversation (ElevenLabs for speech, HeyGen for the video avatar, Anthropic for scoring and coaching). We store the transcript and scores in your account. We treat conversation content as sensitive: it is used to run the product for you, never sold, and never used to advertise to you.
Sacred content
By design, prayers in practice scenes are not spoken, recorded, or transcribed, and testimony is excluded from scoring and coaching commentary.
Minors
Users must be 13 or older. For users under 18 we collect a parent or guardian email. Parents can see progress summaries only: scores, streaks, and practice time. Parents cannot see or hear conversations, and the young person is told exactly what is visible.
Who we share with
Service providers that run the product: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and login), ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments, when live). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Retention and deletion
Practice data stays in your account so your progress and coaching work. Email contact@missionprep.ai from your account address to delete your account and its data; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
Where data lives
Our systems are hosted in North America. If you use Mission Prep from elsewhere, your data is processed there.
